Need to make changes to your existing order? We’re here to help guide you through the process:
Change Request Timeline: To ensure we can accommodate your modifications, please submit your change request at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery date. This lead time is essential, especially considering the global origins of many of our flowers, where preparations for shipment begin several days in advance.
Limitations After Shipping: It’s important to note that once flowers have been dispatched, we’re unable to implement any changes to your order.
We understand that plans might evolve, and we’re committed to supporting your needs within these parameters. For any modifications to your order, please contact us as early as possible.
Please respond to this article with the following information:
If you need to change the delivery address: The new address you need it shipped to, full address with street name and number, city, State and zip code.
If you need to change delivery date: Your new requested delivery date
If you need to adjust a product in your order, whether it’s in quantity or change it to a new product instead: Please know that we need to cancel that product so you can reorder the correct one on the website.
In order to do so, please specify the product you’d like us to cancel and we’ll issue a no-expiration in-store credit or refund back to your payment method for it.
If the item you'd like to change your product for isn’t available to order, let us know, and we can check with our farms to see if it’s an option.
We also can’t add to an order once it has been placed, but you can place a new one online.
