When scheduling your flower delivery, please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Our flowers are shipped using Priority Overnight shipping with either FedEx or UPS, typically aiming for a morning delivery around 10:30 AM. However, the actual delivery time may vary based on your location and the driver's route.

You will receive an email with a tracking number the night before your scheduled delivery. For a more accurate estimated delivery time to your address, we recommend contacting FedEx (1-800-GO FEDEX) or UPS (1-800-PICK UPS) directly.

If you're not available for home delivery or prefer to pick up your flowers, you can have your package held at the nearest FedEx or UPS facility. To arrange this, please contact FedEx (1-800-GO FEDEX) or UPS (1-800-PICK UPS) to find the closest station to your address and inquire about their package pickup hours. During checkout, simply enter this pickup address as your shipping address.

Remember, the courier may require a photo ID from the person picking up the flowers and will verify it against the name on the package. If someone else is picking up your flowers, ensure they have the necessary information and identification.
