If your shipping notification hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry! Our fresh-cut stems are carefully prepared and delivered via overnight shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours of the delivery date. Since you're receiving farm-fresh flowers, tracking numbers become available only after they arrive in the U.S. Once your floral packages clear customs, they are transferred to different shipping carriers, and you will receive tracking numbers for each package. 

Please be aware that various farms may utilize different shipping services, so your packages could be dispatched through different carriers.

Rest assured if you have not received your shipping notification, it does not mean the package is delayed. If there were to be any issues with your order, our team would reach out to you.
