At FiftyFlowers, we’re dedicated to delivering your flowers and supplies in perfect condition and on time. We understand how important your special moments are, and we’re here to make sure everything goes smoothly. Because we offer both perishable flowers and non-perishable supplies, our return policies are tailored to meet the unique needs of each.
Fresh & Dried Flowers (Perishables)
Fresh and dried flowers are non-returnable once the fulfillment process begins, which is 7 days before your scheduled delivery date. This ensures your blooms are as fresh and beautiful as possible! You can view our cancellation policy for steps to cancel your order before the fulfillment process begins.
If something isn’t quite right after delivery (wrong item, quality concerns, or missing items) our Customer Experience Team is here to help. Simply file a claim within 24 hours of receiving your flowers, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Hard Goods (Vases, Containers, Supplies, etc.)
Incorrect Item Sent
Oops! If we sent the wrong product, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
We’ll ship the correct item at no cost and provide a prepaid return label. The incorrect item must be returned using the provided label in its original packaging before we can complete the replacement or issue a refund.
Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged or broken, we apologize! Notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and include photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund—whatever works best for you. Return shipping (if needed) is on us.
.Customer Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem! Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original sealed packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping before the event date, and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
The product must be shipped back before your event date to remain valid.
Refund Processing Time
• Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will issue your refund.
• Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect back in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
