Looking to request a signature release or waive the signature for your flower delivery? We've got a couple of tips to help make this process smooth:

Add a Note During Checkout: When you're finalizing your order, there's an opportunity to leave instructions. You can add a note under the 'Company Name' or 'Address Line 2' fields during checkout. Simply specify that you'd like the driver to leave the boxes without a signature.

Leave a Visible Note for the Shipper: On the day of delivery, consider placing a note in a visible spot addressed to the shipper. State your request for them to leave the boxes at your doorstep without requiring a signature

Please keep in mind that while these steps can increase the chances of the driver following your instructions, the final decision is at the discretion of the delivery person. They may still choose to require a signature based on their assessment of the safety and security of the delivery location.
